Refund policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy, we're here to help.
Eligibility for returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it
- In its original packaging with all tags attached
- Returned within 90 days of the delivery date
The following items are exempt from returns: gift cards, downloadable software or digital products, perishable goods, and items marked as final sale.
How to initiate a return
- Email us at getclinova@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number and return instructions
- Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your card issuer or bank.
Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at support@shopclinova.com
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received your refund, please first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before a refund is officially posted. If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Non-returnable items
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases
- Health and personal care items once opened
- Items purchased during clearance or final sale events
