Shipping policy
We aim to process and deliver every order as quickly and reliably as possible. Please review our shipping terms below before placing your order.
Order processing time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
International shipping
We ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Estimated delivery for international orders is 7–21 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.
Tracking your order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Delayed or lost shipments
While we do our best to meet estimated delivery windows, delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, or customs. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@shopclinova.com and we will investigate on your behalf.
Incorrect shipping address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately — we can only make changes before the order is dispatched.
